SHIPPING

Shipping is free for all orders at SIX30! No minimum order required.

Upon receipt of payment your order will be packed and posted either the same day, or at the latest the next working day.

Paypal and credit cards are processed almost immediately, whilst bank transfers can take 24-48 hours.

All items are sent out by registered post. Express post can be arranged for your order, just send us an email to sales@six30.com.au to arrange.
 

Registered post

All standard items are sent out by registered post through Australia Post. Registered post can take anywhere from 1-7 working days within Australia. Once your order has been dispatched you should receive a tracking number confirmation.

In general we find that deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane metro and VIC regional are made within 1-3 working days. NSW, SA, TAS, ACT and NT take 2-5 working days. Regional QLD, WA and other remoteareas will take 4-7 working days.

Please note these are only expected deliveries times and occasionally delays may occur.
 

International

We now ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping is free for International orders!

Please note, whilst most international deliveries arrive within 4 days, Australia Post do advise that International delivery usually takes 3-10 working days.

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Australia. We do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country. We do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and we will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 365 days. The product must be undamaged, unused and in original packaging.

All items returned within 30 days can be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund.

For items returned to us between 30 and 365 days only a store credit or exchange can be made.

If you would like to return an item please print out and complete our return merchandise form here, and include a copy of this in your return package.

Exchanging a size? Not a problem, we will send it out to you for FREE!

Once your package is received, your exchange or refund shall be processed immediately.

Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items, unless specified by us. 

In this case we will only cover Registered Post expenses, not Express Post.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for any items lost in transit, so registered post is recommended!

All returns are processed within 1-3 working days and any refunds are processed within 1-5 working days.
