The presence of an SSL certificate ensures all payment information is encrypted to be safely transmitted to the payment gateways. When will my order be shipped?

All orders placed before 12pm (business days) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12pm are shipped the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order has been processed and shipped.

We are able to change your order up until the point at which it is despatched from our warehouse. Once this point has passed, unfortunately no changes (including the delivery address) can be made. Do you do back orders?

Yes we do. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible to ask if you would like a free upgrade to a superior item, a store credit or a refund. If the item is in stock shortly, and you are in agreeance, then we are happy to do a back order for you.
 

Do you offer warranty?

SIX30 cover any fault, defect or failure occurring as a result of the manufacturing process. The warranty period may vary by product.

Can I purchase a gift voucher from SIX30?

Its easy! Just purchase online and you will receive an e-voucher, which contains a unique code and instructions. This code can be entered at the checkout and a discount will be applied to the order. If the gift voucher is used to less than it’s full value, you will be able to use the remaining credit on later purchases.
 

I need help with sizing of a product. Where can I find this information?

Most products on our site will have a sizing guide. We do our best to give you a good idea of what size you require for a particular product. If you would like specific sizing information for a product you can email us at sales@six30.com.au and one of our admin team can measure your requested item and get back to you.
