My Top 5 Juice Recipes

My Favourite Summer Juice

Full of summer fruits so it tastes great and loaded wit nutrients such as magnesium, antioxidants, high in fibre and packed with Vitamin C!

Ingredients
1 orange

1 apple
1/2 cup watermelon
1/2 cup pineapple
1/3 cup rasperries
Small bunch mint
 

The Ultimate Green Juice

Loaded with potassium, folic acid, magnesium, calcium, iron, phosphorus and essential amino acids. 

Ingredients
1/2 bunch celery
1 green apple
1 lime
1 lemon
1 inch of fresh ginger
Handful of kale or spinach 


Tropical Juice

The perfect way to start your morning, this juice is easy on the digestive system!

Ingredients
1/2 cup watermelon
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mango 
1 kiwi
1 cup coconut water


The Cleansing Juice

Not the best tasting of the lot but great for weight loss, this juice is bursting with antioxidants to cleanse your system of all toxins.

Ingredients
2 green apples
1/2 cucumber
2 sticks celery
1/2 cup spinach or kale
I add some passionfruit to taste

The combo delite is a cross between a vegetable juice and a fruit juice so your consuming half your intake of fruit and veg for the day all in the one drink.
